Dear Participant,

Reservation form is available at our website and will be handled upon first come first serve basis. Hotel and local services fees will be made and paid only to the local organizer CTM International (not at each hotel/service) on their web site.

*Room rates per room per night include a buffet breakfast daily at the Grande Bretagne and Grecotel Corfu Imperial and Eva Palace.

*Rates are valid only from June 12 until June 26, 2023. Any extension will be handled upon request.

*No reservation will be handled without the accommodation form duly completed and accompanied by the full credit card details.

*Accommodation and registration forms will be accepted till January 8^th 2023. After this date accommodation will be only on request basis. 

*Accommodation confirmation will be sent within 3 working days of the properly filled in accommodation form receipt.

PAYMENT POLICY:

• A 50% Deposit of the total value (Hotel accommodation and registration fees) should be paid till January 8th 2023
• Deadline January 8^th, 2023
• Remaining amount to be paid by May 8^th, 2023

CANCELLATIONS:

• For cancellation prior to January 18^th 2023 no penalty
• For cancellations between January 18^th and March 1^st 2023 ONE-night fee for both hotels will be charged.
• For cancellations between March 2^nd and May 7^th TWO nights’ fees for Grand Bretagne and THREE night’s fees for Corfu Hotels will be charged.
• For cancellations after May 8^th and no shows TOTAL accommodation amount will be charged.

All reservations must be made through CTM International’s online secure system.

IMPORTANT:

Each individual participant should make the appropriate flight arrangements arriving to Athens (ATH) and departing from Corfu (CFU).
