Registration fee includes:

• Access to the scientific sessions (theoretical & practical)
• Course material (folder, pen, notepad), including final program
• Coffee breaks (one on 20/4 & one on 21/4)
• Light lunches (one on 20/4 & one on 21/4)
• Dinner (on 20/4)
• Transfer from the hotel to the Course venue and back

Conditions

Registrations are confirmed only upon full prepayment of the registration fee.

* The number of participants will be limited. Should you wish to participate, you are advised to book your participation as soon as possible. Only fully completed registration forms will be accepted. If the maximum participant capacity is reached, the organizers reserve the right to refuse any registration.
