Registrations are confirmed only upon full prepayment of the registration fee(s).

If the maximum participant capacity is reached, the organizers reserve the right to refuse any registration and the amount paid will be refunded.

*The number of attendants of the cadaver session will be limited. Should you wish to participate, you are advised to book your participation as soon as possible. Only fully completed registration forms will be accepted. If the maximum participant capacity is reached, the organizers reserve the right to refuse any registration.
